Our team has been working very hard over the past few days communicating with our clients, assisting people with information and monitoring updates in preparation for the imminent lockdown. We are expecting some changes to our business during this time period, as many of our clients and the general public face uncertainty. We will be reducing our teams hours over the next month, this will have some minor impact to our services.

 

Snipesoft will keep phone lines open during our standard operating hours (10am-6pm Mon-Fri) and email support will be available, however we will be prioritisng maintenance and stability of OMINS and our other products during this time period as we want to ensure everyone is able to access and use our services without issues. Ewebstores will still continue to accept new projects, however Easywholesale users may expect some interruptions to service (please contact our support team for further guidance).

 

I want to extend a big thank you to everyone for their continued support and understanding during this very difficult time, it’s very inspiring to see everyone pulling together in the fight against Covid-19 and we firmly support the actions taken by the Government to prevent further spread.
