As part of our continued development of the system we  provided a service level policy and resolutions system to ensure that both vendors and buyers understand what is required of them and what actions can be taken if an issue arrises. This post is just to remind users that we have these and how to use them.

The next step will be to provide a vendor rating system – this system will provide a rating to the vendors similar to that of a feedback system and will be based on information such as average time to ship, promptness of enquiry response etc.

This will allow our Easywholesale buyers to make informed decisions as to whether they would like to purchase/list products from that vendor.
